Albert Einstein toyed with the possible power of thought waves when he attempted to explain how two scientists on opposite sides of the earth, in totally different societies and speaking totally different languages, could come up with the same basic invention at the same time. He visualized thought waves traveling up to the Van Allen Belt, which is in the magnetosphere surrounding the earth, then bouncing back to earth at an angle and ending their journey in the mind of a receptive human thousands of miles away from the original thought source.
Electromagnetic waves are produced by the billions of cells in your brain, each with a varying output. In quality, these waves are electromagnetic and their electrical impact affects a space of about 13.5 feet surrounding your body.
There was a most unusual Russian man named, Mikhail Kuni. Though he was a performer, he had nevertheless conducted his remarkable act under the strictest scientific scrutiny and it has been determined that he was not merely a clever artist, but a human with a most impressive mental facility. Five blackboards were crammed with columns of numbers and then the blackboards were set spinning so fast that all the average observer saw were blurs of white. Kuni, who was unaware of what numbers were written down, ran to the spinning boards, peered at them intently for a second or two, mentally calculated the numbers, then gave an accurate total.
To what facet of Kuni’s being is this ability attributable? Some may pigeonhole it as psychic, since Kuni evidenced psychic talents in other areas also. The other side of the coin is that from a very early age Kuni demonstrated an unusual visual memory and a genius for rapid calculation.
We can’t state with certainty how many human beings with unusual mind capabilities have exist.
In the 1950’s the Russians began experimenting with skin sight, a faculty which they later named bio-introscopy. Their attention was originally attracted to this field by a child naturally gifted with this ability, but they soon enlarged the scope of their investigations to include experiments with other children. Although the skills varied among the individual students, what they discovered was amazing–not only could the students detect and describe different colors without the use of their eyes, but by using only the skin of their hands as their “visual organs”. In time, many of them learned to “read” printed words. Each color “felt” different. Red was sticky and coarse, yellow slippery, orange hard and rough, and so forth. Eventually, some of the students were trained to detect the colors without the benefit of actual touch and with their hands held away from the paper. In this case, red burned, yellow was barely warm, and orange was warm. In addition, the various colors evidenced some very nasty habits. They pinched, bit, and stung.
Others began to “read” with their shoulders, stomachs, tongues, elbows, and noses.

Vadimir Vasiliev is known as a Master in Psychic abilities he also received Psychic Training he while he was with the Special Operations unit in Spetsnaz. ‘The goal of the training was to make you multi-functional. You were to be able to work effectively in any kind of situation and never fear it.
Perhaps more importantly, you were expected to learn how to be creative and act spontaneously. Divergent thinking, being able to come up with unconventional and unusual responses and decisions in different situations was an absolute necessity. You had to be totally adaptable to survive in the unit.
The key to this adaptability was the Psychic Training you received. You were expected to go well beyond the mere physical and psychological mastery to a point where intuition and that sixth sense, that we all have but seldom use, became a part of your daily life.
Awareness, or tapping into your sixth sense, was a focus for many of the exercises. Training classes could run for five hours and in some, you’d be blindfolded for the entire time. You’d have to follow what was going on, do your exercises and come to an understanding of the principles the instructor was teaching without the use of sight.
While sparring, the instructor would also walk around the class looking for trainees who weren’t paying attention to the total environment they were working in. If he thought you weren’t aware of his presence, he’d hit you with a stick over the head, this taught the trainee very quickly to be aware of where everyone was at all times.
At other times, we were brought up into pitch-black rooms and had to guess how many people were in it, if any. We’d also be blindfolded and have to identify colors just by touching colored blocks of paper. Again, awareness was to extend far beyond the normal five senses into the area of the psychic.
Some instructors who were skilled at passing psychic energy would take a few glasses of water and charge them with energy. This was a charge grounded in a psychic form of energy. It was much like touch healing. They’d concentrate on the water and send energy into it through their fingers without touching it. The trainee would then have to come into the room and tell the instructor which classes had been charged with the energy. The purpose behind this exercise was to teach the trainee how, on a mission, to tell if their drink was poisoned. Poison has a much stronger energy than regular water and that energy is discernible to those who have learned to access and use their psychic abilities.
Before sleep, we were also taught to picture everything around us. We became completely aware of how a room looked, sounded and smelled. We even became aware of a tactile, or touch perceptions. We put all this information into a mental picture and fell asleep. If anything at all changed in the room while you were sleeping, you were to awaken immediately and respond to any situation.
The trainer would change something in the environment, sometimes even slightly, and we’d have to wake up or answer for it with our superiors. After much practice, we learned how to do this.
We were also taught to sleep with our feet outside our blanket or bag. That way, if some threat presented itself we’d be able to get up immediately to respond. As above, I still sleep this way. My feet are never covered at night.
Eventually, you came to understand and respect the extent of your lethal powers and learned to use them only when necessary or in pursuit of the necessary military goal.
Here is more of Vadimir Vasiliev’s work, a apparatus for the Treatment of Neuropsychic and Somatic Diseases with Heat, Light, Sound and VHF Electromagnetic Radiation. US Patent #3,773,049. L.Y.Rabichev, V.F.Vasiliev, A.S.Pultin, T.G.Ilina, P.V.Raku and L.P.Kennedy. November 20, 1973. Don’t let the nice title fool you, this is the patent for LIDA, the infamous Soviet brainwashing machine. The patient or victim receives the four physical stimuli named in the title which are calibrated such that he “experiences psychical relaxation and gradual transference to sleep” and “The whole system of stimuli which is addressed to the patient’s organism makes use of the first signal system channels.i.e. the receptor zones of the appropriate analysers so that the second signal system channels (mind, intellect, psyche) are avoided, thereby providing for a curative effect, no matter the patient’s psychic condition or his attitude towards the treatment procedure”
Dr. Vasiliev definitely demonstrated that radio transmission can produce stimulation of the brain. It is not a complex process. In fact, it need not be implanted within the skull or be productive of stimulation of the brain, itself. All that is needed to accomplish the radio control of the brain is a twitching muscle. The subject becomes hypnotized and a muscle stimulant is implanted. The subject, while still under hypnosis, is commanded to respond when the muscle stimulant is activated, in this case by radio transmission.
Lincoln Lawrence wrote a book entitled Were We Controlled? Lawrance wrote, “If the subject is placed under hypnosis and mentally programmed to maintain a determination eventually to perform one specific act, perhaps to shoot someone, it is suggested thereafter, each time a particular muscle twitches in a certain manner, which is then demonstrated by using the transmitter, he will increase this determination even more strongly. As the hypnotic spell is renewed again and again, he makes it his life’s purpose to carry out this act until it is finally achieved. Thus are the two complementary aspects of Radio-Hypnotic Intracerebral Control (RHIC) joined to reinforce each other, and perpetuate the control, until such time as the controlled behavior is called for. This is done by a second session with the hypnotist giving final instructions. These might be reinforced with radio stimulation in more frequent cycles. They could even carry over the moments after the act to reassure calm behavior during the escape period, or to assure that one conspirator would not indicate that he was aware of the co-conspirator’s role, or that he was even acquainted with him.”
RHIC constitutes the joining of two well known tools, the radio part and the hypnotism part. People have found it difficult to accept that an individual can be hypnotized to perform an act which is against his moral principles. Some experiments have been conducted by the U.S. Army which show that this popular perception is untrue. The chairman of the Department of Psychology at Colgate University, Dr. Estabrooks, has stated, “I can hypnotize a man without his knowledge or consent into committing treason against the United States.” Estabrooks was one of the nation’s most authoritative sources in the hypnotic field. The psychologist told officials in Washington that a mere 200 well trained hypnotists could develop an army of mind-controlled sixth columnists in wartime United States. He laid out a scenario of an enemy doctor placing thousands of patients under hypnotic mind control, and eventually programming key military officers to follow his assignment. Through such maneuvers, he said, the entire U.S. Army could be taken over. Large numbers of saboteurs could also be created using hypnotism through the work of a doctor practicing in a neighborhood or foreign born nationals with close cultural ties with an enemy power.
Dr. Estabrooks actually conducted experiments on U.S. soldiers to prove his point. Soldiers of low rank and little formal education were placed under hypnotism and their memories tested. Surprisingly, hypnotists were able to control the subjects’ ability to retain complicated verbal information. J. G. Watkins followed in Estabrooks steps and induced soldiers of lower rank to commit acts which conflicted not only with their moral code, but also the military code which they had come to accept through their basic training. One of the experiments involved placing a normal, stable army private in a deep trance. Watkins was trying to see if he could get the private to attack a superior officer, a cardinal sin in the military. While the private was in a deep trance, Watkins told him that the officer sitting across from him was an enemy soldier who was going to attempt to kill him. In the private’s mind, it was a kill or be killed situation. The private immediately jumped up and grabbed the officer by the throat. The experiment was repeated several times, and in one case the man who was hypnotized and the man who was attacked were very close friends. The results were always the same. In one experiment, the hypnotized subject pulled out a knife and nearly stabbed another person.
Watkins concluded that people could be induced to commit acts contrary to their morality if their reality was distorted by the hypnotism. Similar experiments were conducted by Watkins using WACs exploring the possibility of making military personnel divulge military secrets. A related experiment had to be discontinued because a researcher, who had been one of the subjects, was exposing numerous top-secret projects to his hypnotist, who did not have the proper security clearance for such information. The information was divulged before an audience of 200 military personnel.

Dean Radin, PhD, Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) and Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Psychology at Sonoma State University. Before joining the research staff at IONS in 2001, he held appointments at AT&T Bell Labs, Princeton University, University of Edinburgh, and SRI International, writes
“Psi has been shown to exist in thousands of experiments. There are disagreements over to how to interpret the evidence, but the fact is that virtually all scientists who have studied the evidence, including the hard-nosed skeptics, now agree that there is something interesting going on that merits serious scientific attention. “
Our minds unconsciously, for the most part consult incoming information from its source in the surrounding light arroused by implicit questions that were posed earlier.
We have been able to identify psi through laboratory experimentation in a number of ways, One way that has been found to identify it is through the measurement of the involuntary physiological processes in the autonomic nervous system of laboratory test subjects. The most common measures are the galvanic skin response (GSR), which records the activity of the sweat gland., and the plethysmograph, which measures the changes in blood volume in the fingers that are caused by the dilation and constriction of blood vessels. Less often used is the electroencephalograph (EEG), which measures brain activity.
The GSR and plethysmograph are used to detect emotional arousal.
Dean, E. Douglas, 1966: Plethysmograph recordings as ESP responses. Int J Neuropsychiat: 439-446
This paper presents evidence suggesting that when a random stimulus was read by an agent, a simultaneous response or vasconstriction was measured in four subjects with a plethysmograph attached to them. The persons have been separated in adjacent rooms and also 250 yards apart. The stimuli have been names, written on a card, of persons recently met and emotionally meaningful to the subject. Blank cards provided a comparison control. Reversed effects seemed to occur during inhibiting life situations. The process is being applied as a teleathtic communications system.
PHYSIOLOGICAL CORRELATES OF PSI COGNITION
Charles T. Tart
[This article was published under the above title in the “International
Journal of Parapsychology,” 1963, Vol. 5, pp. 375-386.]
SUMMARY
In individual sessions, eleven college students sat in a
soundproof chamber and tried to guess when “subliminal stimuli”
were presented. At random intervals either: (a) an agent in
another soundproof room was electrically shocked; or (b) the
shock was delivered to a resistor. The subjects’ skin
resistances, finger pulse volumes, and EEGs were continuously
recorded, and the EEGs were electronically analyzed.
The physiological responses of the subjects were
significantly related to the occurrence of both types of events,
showing a pattern for the group generally indicative of a higher
level of activation during the trials, viz.: (a) a faster and
more complex EEG pattern; (b) more frequent galvanic skin
responses; and (c) more frequent changes in finger pulse volume.
As the subjects’ conscious guesses of when trials had occurred
did not differ from chance, they may be said to have responded on
an “unconscious” level.

Wolf Messing
is a man who harnessed the mysterious powers of the brain like no other human being known to history. He was a telepath, a mind reader, a psychic, a remote viewer, and a lucky survivor who avoided both the Holocaust and the death camps of Joseph Stalin. We may never know the full extent of his extraordinary abilities.
Wolf Grigorievich Messing was born in 1899 to a poor Jewish family in the tiny town of Gora-Kavaleriya near Warsaw.
At the age of six Messing was sent to a religious school, where he distinguished himself by his devotion and his incredible ability to memorize prayers. Later he was enrolled in a yeshiva, but ran away after two years. Wolf’s teacher advised his parents to enrol him in a rabbinate school in a nearby town. Wolf did not want to go, until his first ‘miracle’ in life occurred. He shared this story with one of his friends, Tatiana Lungintelepath. Messing got on the first passenger train he could find, hid under a bench, and fell asleep. When the train conductor demanded his ticket, Messing picked a piece of paper off the floor and handed it to the man, looking into his eyes and willing that the man believe the scrap to be a genuine train ticket. He was successful, and arrived in Berlin with no further problems. Wolf Messing became a success. Between 1917 and 1921 Messing travelled with Zellmeister in Europe, and performed in capitals like Paris, London, Stockholm, Rome, Geneva. He then stayed in Warsaw, only to continue from 1922 onward to work and travel again as a stage performer, together with his manager. They also went to countries like Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, India, Japan, and Australia.:
But such a life was not his fate as :
“Once toward evening, a gigantic white robed figure appeared before me. Even now I can hear his words, spoken in a deep bass. My son! I am sent to you from above to determine your future. Become a yeshiva student! Your prayers will please heaven!. Wolf grew silent, vividly recalling his childhood vision. After pausing several moments, he started again, but his voice was much quieter. It’s difficult for me to convey the state I was in after my encounter with the mysterious giant. You must remember that then I was mystically impressionable. I must have lost consciousness, because, when I came to, I saw the faces of my parents over me, praying in ecstasy.” (from Sheila Ostrander & Lynn Schroeder published their Psychic Discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain,)
Messing, he was able to broadcast mental suggestions in order to alter people’s perceptions
In 1937 Hitler put out a 200,000-mark reward to anyone who could kill Wolf Messing. Messing had previously predicted that if Hitler ‘turned towards the East’ then his war effort would fail.
Wolf Messing attracted attention of Gestapo, Nazi German secret service. He was arrested in the Warsaw ghetto and sent to prison. While he was imprisoned in the cell he used his power to gather all the personnel of the prison in one room and then bolted that door shut, locking all the Nazis in the Room. When Wolf Messing was ready to escape he made Nazi guards believe that there are diamonds scattered across the floor. The Nazi guards started collecting the diamonds while he just freely left the cell and closed the cell door after himself. After that he fled to Ussr.
Stalin took a personal interest in Wolf Messing’s abilities. Messing was arrested and then interrogated by Stalin himself. Stalin decided to put Messing’s abilities to the test.
Stalin’s first challenge to Messing was for him to perform a ‘psychic bank robbery’. This Messing handed a blank sheet of paper to the teller, whom he convinced to hand him 100,000 rubles.. Two of Stalin’s officials corroborated Messing’s account of the event; including the claim that the teller fainted in disbelief once she realized the paper was blank
Stalin then ordered Messing to gain entry into his country house using his abilities. Messing was able to gain entry. The guards insisted that he had successfully claimed to be Lavrenti Beria the most favored of Stalin’s secret police chiefs.

How do we “FEEL” we are being stared at ?
Thought is a force like the other forces of physics.
Many experiments have shown the presence of a non-magnetic field around the body, including over 1,000 conducted and recently reported on by Dr. Buryl Payne. Frenchman Dr. Hippolyte Baraduc identified it as the ‘vital current.’ Reichenbach and Mesmer found it and called it ‘animal magnetism.’ Baraduc’s work showed its flow could be modified through focused intent. Dr. Charles Russ believed that there was a transmission of power and force between people when one person looked at another, attributable to a ray emanating from the eye.
A study into the “sense of being stared” at in a German school, with repeated testing there was found of 8 to 9 year-old children 90% knew when someone was staring at them.
Physicist Roy Frieden postulates that conscious observation of a system injects information into it, which thereby interacts with the energy and matter within the object, and between this and other objects, flowing from one space-time object to another.
Dr. Bernard B. Kajinsky noted the telepathic transference of bodily symptoms. In one case he noticed how a women suddenly felt sudden stomach pain when 1400 miles away unknown to her at the same moment her daughter was undergoing surgery.
GOING FURTHER :
There are many things our Soul knows, which at times we many not consciously recognize. The prophets of the Bible reffered to this awareness as a force of the soul called “mazel”.
Supernal thought not known is called Ayn-Sof (Infiniteness of God) that Moch Stima receives from the skull and אויר through the דאוירא קרומא it is the parsa. This light is received in the aspect of “running and returning”, which is “mati lo mati” (reaching down and not reaching down). This is only from great desire. Akudim and By”a is made from this Light of the hidden thought of moch Stima of A”k, all is established by light of the Ayn Sof. So all things are sustained and established only through Sadeekem. By this they merit to their חלוק (garment) of righteousness in this world and the next.1
The garment of the Nashama is called חלוק דרבנן . It is clarity of pure thoughts.2 With the completeness of the Nashama are 2 parts. The lower part also has to it 2 parts that of the Ruach and the Nefesh in the secret of חלוק דרבנן 3.In all parzufim of Atzilut a parsa separates between between the belly from what is above and that which is below. 4 The kav of Ayn Sof cleaves only in Atzilut without passing through a mesach, but in By”a only through messachim. There is a parsa between A”k and Atzilut. There is a big difference between a Parsa and mesach. The parsa is completely אלהות as all Atzilut has ligh of Ayn Sof. Below Atzilut is no parsa only messachim. From a חלון (window in the mesach the kav spreads out. The kav is light and vessel. A place of oppening or window is called face. Here is illumination in tzimzum where vessel conceals and dresses light of face. It is a fine kav which has tzimzum through a vessel. Tzimzum is din and givurot. Face and back are east and west, south and North. They are conceited sources in light of the body of the kav. The opening of the חלון in בראשית, the kav ia only a small חלון (window). It opens to the lips of the rivers. The lips make the masach and pargod before the light of the Ayn Sof surrounding so that it does not spread out in the חלל of tzimzum.5
Moshe is the best man of the king, Aharon of the Queen. Together they make up the 72 of the Sanhedrin.6 The light of Adam that enabled him to see from one side of the world to the other was given to Moshe for the first 3 months of his life. It was withdrawn from him when he was before pharoe, and returned to him on Sinai. From that time on he had it for the rest of his life so he had to wear a veil.7מ ש ה is the “rosh tava “ of מ ל ך ש ר ה פ נ י ם .8 Moshe was the only prophet to receive prophesy from the masculine aspect of Hashem. All else received from the feminine aspect. Rabbi Nachunya’h Ben Hakannah teaches Moshe was from the smittah of Chesed, which has already passed. As now is the smittah (period of existance) of givurah. So he asked “why do you bring me here?, I’m from the place of rachamim without yetzer hora or sin ”. Bina responded “ I bring you for the need of the world, to take Yisrael out from Egypt, to bring 10 plagues, and have yisrael pass through the sea on dry land, and to bring Yisrael to Sini to receive the Torah. You have the power to deliver them as you are from the smittah of Chesed. “ Yisrael saw at Sini what the nations have never seen. The Givurot of Atik is ע ר פ ל (thick darkness), as was on “har Sini”. The Shechina rested on Sinai in garments of :

The Nature of Genius AND CONCERNING THE POWERS OF THE SOUL
THE MIND
Mikhail Lomonosov
(1711-1765)
Mikhail Vasilyevich Lomonosov was the first Russian scientist-naturalist of universal importance. He was a poet who laid the foundation of modern Russian literary language
Lomonosov is recognized as a great author and scientist in Russia — he even has a large naval vessel named for him. He created the system of higher education in Russia and made Moscow University possible; in 1940 the university was renamed the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. Lomonosov also was a first-rate poet and writer of fiction. As a scientist he anticipated many discoveries attributed in the West to much later physicists, geologists, astronomers, and inventors.
In 1741, returning from Germany to after graduation, Mikhail Lomonosov had a prophetic dream where he saw his father in a terrible ship wreck. He dreamed of his father Basil Lomonosov, dying on an obscure island after a shipwreck. Basil, Mikhail’s Father asked his son to give him a proper burial. Mikhail told fisherman the exact place where to look for his missing father. The locals went to the island, found the body Basil’s dead body and buried him.

Nelya Mikhailova moved objects with the power of the mind
Nelya Mikhailova’s real name was Nina Kulagina (30 July 1926 – April 1990) she was a Russian woman who demonstrated psychic powers, particularly in psychokinesis. Academic research of her phenomenon was conducted in the USSR for the last 20 years of her life.
During the Cold War, silent black-and-white films of her moving objects on a table in front of her without touching them.
These films were allegedly made under controlled conditions for Soviet authorities and caused excitement for many psychic researchers around the world, some of whom believed that they represented clear evidence for the existence of psychic phenomena. According to reports from the Soviet Union, 40 scientists, two of whom were Nobel laureates.
To ensure that external electromagnetic impulses did not interfere, she was placed inside of a metal cage while she supposedly demonstrated an ability to remove a marked matchstick from a pile of matchsticks under a glass dome.
Skeptic Soviet scientists checked her thoroughly before and after analyzing her demonstrations. Their tests ruled out wires, wind, building vibrations, or hypnotism as causes.
Electroencephalograph (brainwave) machines disclose that Mikhailova emits fifty times a normal person’s brain waves and is surrounded by an electromagnetic field one-tenth as powerful as that surrounding the entire Earth.
Nina could mentally see things inside people’s pockets. When she met sick people she could identify the disease they were suffering from. On one occasion when Kulagina was in a particularly angry mood, she was walking towards a cupboard in her apartment when a jug in the cupboard suddenly moved to the edge of the shelf, fell and smashed to pieces on the floor. After that, changes began to take place in her apartment. Lights went on and off; objects became animated and seemed somehow to be attracted to her. It was in effect a type of poltergeist activity, except that Kulagina was convinced the psychic power was coming from her and discovered that, if she tried, she could control it.
In 1964, while in hospital recovering from a nervous breakdown, Nina spent a lot of time sewing. According to published accounts doctors were amazed when they saw that she was able to reach into her sewing basket and choose any colour of thread she needed without looking at it. Local parapsychologists were contacted and the following year, when she had fully recovered, she agreed to take part in various experiments. Kulagina was tested and it was found that she could apparently ‘see’ colours with her fingertips, bringing to mind Rosa Kuleshova, a school teacher from the Ural Mountains, who also claimed to possess this talent. There are also instances where Kulagina apparently displayed extraordinary healing powers. She could, it was said, make wounds heal up simply by holding her hand above them. She was also tested by Russian scientists for psychokinesis and the results were apparently so remarkable that, in order to keep her real identity secret, she was obliged for many years to use the pseudonym of Nelya Mikhailova. What these remarkable results were, however, has never been exactly stated.
It is said that the tests and experiments put a strain on her health which caused Nina Kulagina to suffer a near fatal heart attack in the late 1970s which forced her to limit her mediumship.
Nelya Mikhailova’s moved of objects by mind power, stopped a frog’s heart, caused burns on skin, seperated yolk from the white of an egg and was able to interfere with medical and scientific equipment. While Sergeyev Detectors detected energy fields around Nelya’s body and they began to pulse in rythm with her heart beat and brainwaves, it has not been possible to monitor the energy fields around the objects when she directed her energy fields towards the objects nor upto the objects when the energy fields passed from her body to the objects.
Scientists and psychologists who tested Nina Kulagina pointed out that they physically examined the psychic to make sure there were no hidden magnets or threads. Moreover, there is said to be no direct evidence of her faking her abilities (Henry Gris and William Dick, The New Soviet Psychic Discovery, 1979)
Nina Kulagina died in 1990. It is believed that the over-exhaustion of her psychic abilities led to her death (Henry Gris and William Dick, 1979). The experiments had taken a toll on her and probably hastened her death. During one of her tests with Dr. Redjak, she was totally exhausted and she apparently lost almost four pounds in half an hour. (The psychic was said to be converting matter of her own body into energy.)

One U.S. psi program in Supermemory called the CIA EDOM program. EDOM means “Electronic Dissolution of Memory,” this technique was perfected years ago. The CIA can zap long-term memory and turn someone into an amnesiac zombie by blocking the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and by electronically interfering with the bioplasmic body. Apparently, they routinely employ this technique to neutralize former top-secret operatives, just as in the movie Total Recall. This capability was developed under the MK-ULTRA program when they performed bizarre memory experiments on mental inmates, prisoners, and research volunteers in the 60s, before the program was halted by Congress in 1976
Researchers at the UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas have determined that some veterans suffering Gulf War Syndrome were exposed to chemicals (e.g. organophosphates, pyridostigmine bromide ) that inhibit cholinesterase, an enzyme important to nervous system utilization of acetylcholine. They have also concluded that those veterans with symptoms of dizziness are suffering from brainstem injury and deliver similar test results as those who are exposed to sarin gas. Studies have shown that sarin exposure impairs acetylcholine process and may “play an important role in neuropathological abnormalities in the central nervous system. (Duke University study. Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health. Dec. 2000). In the United Kingdom, a farmer accused of murder used as a defense his exposure to organophosphates/and their behavior altering effects. (Independent 1996). The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence of the 94th Congress released documents demonstrating that Mkultra, the CIA’s Behavioral Modification Program, sought curare like substances. Since curare is an antagonist of acetylcholine, it is logical to assume there was an interest in acetylcholine. An interest in acetylcholine would lead researchers to the vagus nerve.
In the sixties and early seventies, there were many Soviet scientific studies, some concerning the regeneration of human vagus nerves, others involving the effects of EMR (1974 Warsaw Conference). It is implausible that our research institutions weren’t also interested in these topics.
WHAT WAS KNOWN? HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN KNOWN?
Many Human Experimentation programs have a lifespan of thirty to forty years before they are exposed(e.g. Tuskegee, Radiation, Mkultra). These programs involved more than doctors and scientists but required participation from diverse members of society. What happened to those whistleblowers offended by the immorality and illegalities of these programs? Did domestic counterintelligence programs like Cointelpro extend the lifespan of these programs whose very existence is an affront and a threat to democracy? All experimentation programs must be exposed to access the damage resulting from secrecy. In order to create a sound and enlightened medicine, the foundation of tomorrow’s medicines cannot be based on lies, disease and cover-ups.

Our knowledge of “THE NAUTILUS AFFAIR” remains incomplete TO THIS DAY
The US government had secretly used telepaths to communicate with the first nuclear submarine ever constructed, the Nautilus, while it was under the Arctic ice pack. This telepathy project involved, President Eisenhower, the Navy, the Air Force, Westinghouse, General Electric, Bell Laboratories and the Rand Corporation. Communicating with submarines is difficult as radio waves do not penetrate to the depths of the ocean.
The US Navy gave Top Secret orders for the implementation of Project SUNSHINE.
Operation Sunshine was a brazen attempt by the Americans to steal the thunder of International Geophysical Year – came to fruition when Commander William R. Anderson surfaced the Nautilus at the North Pole.
The Russians immediately saw the sinister threat behind this adventure. No longer would the Americans have to fly over the Pole from their air bases in Greenland to menace Soviet cities. Nuclear weapons could now be fired at Russia from American atomic submarines lurking under the Polar Arctic ice near the very borders of the USSR. The Russians also reasoned that the Americans must have found a new way of communicating with these submarines while they were under the ice where radio waves cannot penetrate
In 1959, the French magazine Constellation published a feature called “Thought Transmission – Weapon of War,” which claimed that telepathy experiments had been conducted aboard the Nautilus during her trans-polar voyage. When this was followed in February 1960, by a more detailed treatment by Gerald Messadié in “Science et vie,” (2) Soviet analysts set to work. Here is a summary of the material reported in the French press:
1. A rigidly-controlled telepathy experiment on the pattern of J.B. Rhine’s card-calling ESP trials was said to have started aboard the Nautilus on July 25th 1958, and run for a period of 16 days. Since Nautilus was at the North Pole on August 3rd, this meant that the main part of the experiment had been conducted under the Arctic pack ice. The experiment was ‘successful,’ which meant that telepathy could convey information through pack ice, sea water and the steel hull of a submarine like nothing known on earth.
2. The ‘sender’ of the telepathic messages was said to have been a student called ‘Smith’ of Duke University, Durham, NC, where J.B. Rhine had his Parapsychology Laboratory. During the 16 days of the experiment, ‘Smith’ was located at the Westinghouse Laboratory, at Friendship, Maryland. The ‘receiver’, a navy lieutenant called ‘Jones,’ took take down his ‘visual impressions’ of the Zener card symbols sent by ‘Smith’ in a private cabin aboard the Nautilus 3. The officer in charge of the project was said to be one Colonel William H. Bowers, director of the Biological Department of the Air Force research institute.
4. According to the French media, President Eisenhour had received a report from the Rand Corporation in Los Angeles recommending that telepathy experiments be conducted with an especial view to communicating with submarines beneath the Arctic ice, where they were otherwise uncontactable
- Responding to the French magazine reports, US Navy press officers denied the experiments had taken place, or that the Navy had ever been involved in telepathy experiments.
The US Navy’s denial of involvement in telepathy experiments was untrue, since the small print on various papers published by Rhine’s Journal acknowledged receipt of funding from the Office of Naval Research.
The ESP scores reported for the Nautilus experiment were much higher than the ‘significant’ results reported by Rhine and his co-workers in the Journal.
It was established that telepathic subjects could still function inside a metal enclosure known as a Faraday Cage, which, for practical purposes, excludes all radio waves except those of Extra Low Frequency (ELF) – waves even longer than the VLF band used in normal communication with submarines.
Groups of scientists at many Soviet research institutes began to investigate and later harness psychic energy. The aim of this research was to produce deadly new weapons that could tip the balance of power during the Cold War.
The Soviet hierarchy apparently heeded Doctor Vasilev’s advice and gave support, both moral and financial, to his dynamic view that:
“The discovery of the energy underlying telepathic communication will be equivalent to the discovery of atomic energy.”
…In 1963, Doctor Vasilev claimed to have conducted successful long-distance telepathic experiments between Leningrad and Sevastopol, a distance of 1200 miles, with the aid of an ultra-short-wave (UHF) radio transmitter. As a result, Doctor Vasilev was convinced that his experiments, and those he conducted jointly with the Moscow-based Bekhterev Brain Institute, offered scientific proof of telepathic communications. His next goal was to identify the nature of brain energy that produces it…
In February 1971, during the Apollo 14 flight to the moon, astronaut Edgar Mitchell made 150 separate attempts to project his thoughts from inside the space capsule back to an individual on earth.
