“It is because of the horrendous structure of the federal government that I feel directly imperiled *not* to tell anybody about this material. How long I will be able to do this is anybody’s guess. However, I would like to mention that this talk is going to be broken up into four main topics. Each of these topics will have some bearing on what you people are involved in, whether you are patriots or not.
“I want you to know that these United States are a beautiful place. I have gone to more than 70 countries, and I cannot remember any country that has the beauty, as well as the magnificence of its people, like these United States.
“To give you an overview of basically what I am, I started off and went through engineering school. Half of my school was in that field, and I built up a reputation for being a geological engineer, as well as a structural engineer with both military and aerospace applications. I have helped build two main bases in the United States that have some significance as far as what is called the New World Order. The first base is the one at Dulce, New Mexico. I was involved in 1979 in a fire fight with alien humanoids, and I was one of the survivors. I’m probably the only talking survivor you will ever hear. Two other survivors are under close guard. I am the only one left that knows the detailed files of the entire operation. Sixty-six Secret Service agents, FBI, Black Berets and the like, died in that fight. I was there.
“Number one: part of what I am going to tell you is going to be very shocking. Part of what I am going to tell you is probably going to be very unbelievable, though, instead of putting your glasses on, I’m going to ask you to put your ‘skepticals’ on. But please, feel free to do your own homework. I know the Freedom of Information Act isn’t much to go on, but it’s the best we’ve got. The local law library is a good place to look for Congressional Records. So, if one continues to do their homework, then one can be standing vigilant in regard to their country.
Deep Underground Military Bases and the Black Budget
“I love the country I am living in more than I love my life, but I would not be standing before you now, risking my life, if I did not believe it was so. The first part of this talk is going to concern deep underground military bases and the Black Budget. The Black Budget is a secretive budget that garners 25% of the gross national product of the United States. The Black Budget currently consumes $1.25 trillion per year. At least this amount is used in black programs, like those concerned with deep underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States.
“They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940s. Some of them were built even earlier than that. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-levity trains that have speeds up to Mach 2. Several books have been written about this activity. Al Bielek has my only copy of one of them.
“A man named Al Bielek has for many years been lecturing and writing about his being a survivor of the mythical Philadelphia Experiment. This is the legend of a top secret test in 1943, during World War II, of some sort of early stealth technology, intended to make a ship invisible. The story has it that a destroyer called the U.S.S. Eldridge was used for such a test, and at some point during the experiment the ship went completely invisible and teleported itself from the Philadelphia coast to the Navy yard at Norfolk, Virginia – and then back again!
Bielek explained that he and a half brother named Duncan Cameron jumped overboard when things started going heywire on deck, and they landed in the year 1983 – forty years into the future, and on dry land at the Montauk Air Force Base at Montauk, Long Island, N.Y.
During one of the experiments, Duncan Cameron lost his “time lock” and began to age one year for every hour that passed.
The time engineers at Montauk went back in time (to 1950) and convinced Duncan’s original father, Alexander Cameron to sire another son. When done, they removed Duncan’s soul and put it into the new child. This person is who we know today as Duncan Cameron.
The new Duncan picked up where the old Duncan left off. He became one of the principal psychics who manned the Montauk Chair. The chain was used to create and hold the frequency required to perform the time travel and mind control activities.
Duncan, as well as Stewart Swerdlow, allegedly were both Montauk Boys programmers. This part of the program still deeply troubles both of them.
The Montauk program was brought to an abrupt halt when “Jr.”, the Bigfoot monster was brought into form (via Duncan) and proceed to wreck the base.
All of the people we interviewed that participated in the Montauk were subject to many sessions of mind control. Essentially, they had their memories wiped by Montauk technology. In many cases, false memories were implanted to cover up their real activities. But as we learn from Al, their technologies were not perfect. Over time, the memories slowly returned.
Duncan is in the process of slowly recovering his memories. He recalls being on the USS Eldridge and now accepts that Al was his brother. He remembers going to Mars and many of the things that happened at Montauk. The process of remembering has been difficult for him, because it goes against his true nature. Hopefully, in time, we will all get the true story of what really happened at Montauk.
The Fire Fight At Dulce Base
“Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the 1954 Grenada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people involved. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn’t abide by it at all. Back in 1979, this was the reality, and the fire-fight at Dulce occurred quite by accident.
“I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep. At that particular time, we had drilled four distinct holes in the desert, and we were going to link them together and blow out large sections at a time. My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, and recommend the explosive to deal with the particular rock. As I was headed down there, we found ourselves amidst a large cavern that was full of outer-space aliens, otherwise known as large Greys. I shot two of them. At that time, there were 30 people down there. About 40 more came down after this started, and all of them got killed. We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens. Later, we found out that they had been living on our planet for a long time, perhaps a million years. This could explain a lot of what is behind the theory of ancient astronauts.
“Anyway, I got shot in the chest with one of their weapons, which was a box on their body, that blew a hole in me and gave me a nasty dose of cobalt radiation. I have had cancer because of that.
The way his fingers on his right hand are removed in a semicircle was all the conformation I needed to see he had run in with a energy beam weapon !
“I didn’t get really interested in UFO technology until I started work at Area 51, north of Las Vegas. After about two years recuperating after the 1979 incident, I went back to work for Morrison and Knudson, EG&G and other companies. At Area 51, they were testing all kinds of peculiar spacecraft. How many people here are familiar with Bob Lazar’s story? He was a physicist working at Area 51 trying to decipher the propulsion factor in some of these craft.
Without doubt Bob Lazar is one of the most controversial personalities ever to have been involved in Ufology. A number of experienced and eminent Ufologists are of the opinion that he is an absolute (but highly intelligent) fraudster, whilst others do regard his claims seriously.
Love him or hate him, Bob Lazar has certainly made a major impact in the world of Ufology, especially with his claims to have worked as a physicist at Area 51, involving the reverse engineering of UFOs.
Here follows a description of Bob Lazar’s experiences, based predominantly on his own words.
On his first day at Area 51 Lazar was amazed at the incredibly levels of security – 22 scientists were covered by 70 armed guards and the ” camouflaged inter-connecting hangars”. His identity badge bore the contract number E-67223MAJ and the inscription “DEPARTMENT OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE”. Lazars boss – Dennis Moriani – had MAJESTIC on his badge.
During his first day Lazar was given 120 blue files to read which dealt with UFOs and extraterrestrials. Although they were superficial the contents shocked him – “I could not believe it – I was fascinated”
The reports made it clear that the U.S. Government were in possession of a number of extraterrestrial craft and that autopsies had been carried out on some of the occupants. Lazar was then introduced to his job – the propulsion techniques of the craft and the possibility of inter-stellar travel.
On his second visit to Area S4 – an area within Area 51 – Lazar was taken into a hangar and shown a disc shaped craft – “it was absolutely smooth, about 40 feet wide and appeared to have been made in one piece”. Lazars job was to investigate the construction and operation of its propulsion system – in order to “back engineer it”.
Lazar realized that there were eight other craft being kept at Area S4 – some of the others being damaged . He also discovered that Naval Intelligence had managed to conduct short test flights in one of them. On 6th December 1988 Lazar mentioned what he had seen to ex – C.I.A. pilot John Lear who advised him “do damage your security clearance, work up there for a while and see what really is going on”. On the evening of 21st March 1989 Bob Lazar. John Lear and Gene Huff drove out to a spot in open countryside where Lazar maintained it was possible to watch a test flight. They took a video camera and a Celestron telescope. After only a short time John Lear was amazed when a disc appeared from behind a mountain ridge and continued to carry out fantastic maneuvers. They made two subsequent visits to the spot but were spotted on the second by a security patrol.
John Lear, retired airline captain, with over 19,000 hours of flight-time, has flown in over 100 different types of planes in 60 different counties around the world.
Son of Lear Jet inventor, Bill Lear, John is the only pilot to hold every FAA airplane certificate, to include airplane transport rating, flight instructor, ground instructor, flight navigator, engineer, aircraft dispatcher, airframe powerplant mechanic, parachute rigger, and tower operator.
He flew secret missions for the CIA in Central and Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa between 1966 and 1983. He has flown as Captain and check pilot for over 10 different airlines.
John held 17 world records including speed around the world in a Lear Jet Model 24, set in 1966. He was presented with the PATCO award for outstanding airmanship in 1968, and the Symons Wave memorial. He was the youngest American to climb the Matterhorn in Switzerland in 1959 and in the 1970’s owned and skippered the Americas Cup boat, the Soliloquy, out of Marina Del Rey.
In 1968, John raced a Douglas B26 Invader in the unlimited class at the Reno air races.
He was a Senior Vice Commander of the China Post 1, the American Legion Post for Soldiers of Fortune. He is a 20 year member of the special operations Association.
John is the current owner and operator of the only permitted gold mine operation Cutthroat Mining Corporation in Clarke County, Nevada. His efforts to clean up the Treasure Hawk Gold Butte mine won him the state of Nevada award for excellence in mining reclamation in 1999. John is a MSHA (Mine, Safety, and Health Administration) and holds a blaster license from the Nevada certified mining instructor from the Nevada State Fire Marshall.
John’s passion for the preservation and documentation of the history of the Gold Butte has made him a authority on the area.
John has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1994 and was a republican State Senate candidate in 1980.
In 1988, John met and became friends with Bob Lazar, the government scientist who worked on the back-engineering of the propulsion system of the extraterrestrial UFOs at area S-4. That’s just outside the infamous and ultrasecret Area 51.
In March 1989, Lazar took John to an area close to Rachel Nevada where he witnessed the flight of a flying saucer at the exact time Lazar told him it would occur.
Two weeks later on another UFO spying mission, John, Lazar and 3 others were caught by security forces – (that’s CAUGHT folks) – and the next day, – the very next day – Lazar lost his job at the government program for that breach of security. Lazar has been branded by many as a fraud, a charge to which John responds, ” Those who say that Lazar was a fraud simply don’t know the facts of this incredible 12 month period. I was there – they weren’t.”
The following day Lazar was ordered to report to Indian Springs Air Field 30 miles north of Las Vegas where he was threatened by a government agent holding a gun to Lazars head) whilst reading security instructions. To say the least Lazar was worried. John Lear persuaded Lazar to talk “on camera” as a form of “life insurance” and eventually Lazar was also persuaded to be interviewed by T.V. journalist George Knapp.
John spent time poking around other UFO related areas to include Dulce, Secora, Aztec, Alamagorda, Albuquerque, Los Alamos and Bentwaters airbase near London.
Since that time, John has learned many incredible and interesting facts about the solar system and planets including the existence of huge structures, arches, bridges and domes on the moon, cities on Mars, huge extraterrestrial ships mining the rings of Saturn, the incredible but secret agenda of Apollo 17, to the huge rectangular opening in the south massif of the Taurus-Littrow Highlands called Nansen.

When Knapp tried to validate Lazars background he was in for a nasty surprise. There was no evidence that Lazar had attended The California Institute of Technology or the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The Meson Laboratories denied ever employing him and evidence of his birth in Los Angeles was missing. Knapp , however, dug deeper and found the Las Alamos Monitor article and an internal telephone directory of the Meson Laboratories (1982) included Lazars name. Also, Lazars tax documents included the contract number he was assigned whilst he worked at Area 51. Jim Tagliani , a former engineer of the Stealth Project , remembered working with Lazar and was in no doubt he had attended Cal-Tech. Also, Knapp found 3 employees of Meson Laboratories who all recalled Lazar – no person works there without the highest of qualifications.
Despite all of this Lazar was officially discredited after installing a computer/security system in a building which proved to house an illegal brothel. Whilst in court the prosecution admitted that Lazar was hardly a typical criminal and had a spotless record. He was put on probation for 3 years and also worked for 150 hours lecturing in physics to children .
Lazar was to remark – ” I should have seen it coming”.
His opponents had succeeded in making it possible to sneer at the mention of Bob Lazars name. They cannot , however, stem the flood of interest that is now shown by people all over the World – the desire and the determination to discover what is happening at Area 51
Lazar also claims that he was given introductory briefings describing the historical involvement by extraterrestrial beings with this planet for 10,000 years. The beings originate from the Zeta Reticuli 1 & 2 star system and are therefore referred to as Zeta Reticulians, popularly called ‘Greys’
Lazar says he has degrees from the California Institute of Technology and Massachusett Institute of Technology.
Schneider’s Worries About Government Factions, Railroad Cars and Shackle Contracts
“Now, I am very worried about the activity of the federal government. They have lied to the public, stonewalled Senators, and have refused to tell the truth in regard to alien matters. I can go on and on. I can tell you that I am rather disgruntled. Recently, I knew someone who lived near where I live in Portland, Oregon. He worked at Gunderson Steel Fabrication where they make railroad cars. Now, I knew this fellow for the better part of 30 years, and he was kind of a quiet type. He came in to see me one day, excited, and he told me “they’re building prisoner cars.” He was nervous. Gunderson, he said, had a contract with the federal government to build 107,200 full length railroad cars, each with 143 pairs of shackles. There are 11 sub-contractors in this giant project. Supposedly, Gunderson got over 2 billion dollars for the contract. Bethlehem Steel and other steel outfits are involved. He showed me one of the cars in the railyards in North Portland. He was right. If you multiply 107,200 times 143 times 11, you come up with about 15,000,000. This is probably the number of people who disagree with the federal government. No more can you vote any of these people out of office. Our present structure of government is “technocracy,” not democracy ,and it is a form of feudalism. It has nothing to do with the republic of the United States. These people are God-less, and have legislated out prayer in public schools. You can get fined up to $100,000 and two years in prison for praying in school. I believe we can do better. I also believe that the federal government is running the gambit of enslaving the people of the United States. I am not a very good speaker, but I’ll keep shooting my mouth off until somebody puts a bullet in me, because it’s worth it to talk to a group like this about these atrocities.
America’s Black Program Contractors
“There are other problems. I have some interesting 1993 figures. There are 29 prototype stealth aircraft presently. The budget from the U.S. Congress five-year plan for these is $245.6 million. You couldn’t buy the spare parts for these programs for that amount. So, we’ve been lied to. the black budget is roughly $1.3 trillion every two years. A trillion is a thousand billion. A trillion dollars weighs 11 tons. The U.S. Congress never sees the books involved with this clandestine pot of gold. Contractors of stealth programs: EG&G, Westinghouse, McDonnell Douglas, Morrison-Knudson, Wackenhut Security Systems, Boeing Aerospace, Lorimar Aerospace, Aerospacial in France, Mitsubishi Industries, Ryder Trucks, Bechtel, I.G. Farben, plus a host of hundreds more. Is this what we are supposed to be living up to as freedom-loving people? I don’t believe so.

By the way, none of the stealth program would have been available if we had not taken apart crashed alien disks. None of it. By the way, there were 172 stealth aircraft built. Ten crashed, so there were at last count about 162. Bill Clinton signed them away about six weeks ago to the United Nations. There have been indications that the Delta Force was sent over to Bosnia during the last days of the Bush administration as a covert sniper force, and that they started taking pot shots at each side of the controversy, in order to actually start the Bosnia conflict that would be used by succeeding administrations for political purposes.

“I was hired not too long ago to do a report on the World Trade Center bombing. I was hired because I know about the 90 some-odd varieties of chemical explosives. I looked at the pictures taken right after the blast. The concrete was puddled and melted. The steel and the rebar was literally extruded up to six feet longer than its original length. There is only one weapon that can do that ~ a small nuclear weapon. That’s a construction-type nuclear device. Obviously, when they say that it was a nitrate explosive that did the damage, they’re lying 100%, folks. The people they have in custody probably didn’t do the crime. “However, I want to further mention that with the last explosion in Oklahoma City, they are saying that it was a nitrate or fertilizer bomb that did it. I can tell you from experience that a nitrate explosion would not have hardly shattered the windows of the federal building in Oklahoma City. It would have killed a few people and knocked part of the facing off the building, but it would never have done that kind of damage. I believe I have been lied to, and I am not taking it any longer, so I’m telling you that you’ve been lied to.

“The black helicopters. There are over 65,000 black helicopters in the United States. For every hour that goes by, there is one being built. Is this the proper use of our money? What does the federal government need 64,000 tactical helicopters for, if they are not trying to enslave us. I doubt if the entire military needs 64,000 worldwide. I doubt if all the world needs that many. There are 157 F-117A stealth aircraft loaded with LIDAR and computer-enhanced imaging radar. They can see you walking from room to room when they fly over your house. They see objects in the house from the air with a variation limit of 1 inch to 30,000 miles. That’s how accurate that is. Now, I worked in the federal government for a long time, and I know exactly how they handle their business.
Government Earthquake Device, AIDS As A Bio-Weapon Based On Alien Excretions
“The federal government has now invented an earthquake device. I am a geologist, and I know what I am talking about. With the Kobe earthquake in Japan, there was no pulse wave as in a normal earthquake. None. In 1898, there was an earthquake in San Francisco. There was no pulse wave with that one either. It is a Tesla device that is being used for evil purposes. The black budget programs have subverted science as we know it. Look at AIDS, invented by the National Ordinance Laboratory in Chicago, Illinois in 1972. It was a biological weapon to be used against the people of the United States. The reason I know this is that I have seen the documentation by the Office of Strategic Services, which, by the way, is still in operation to this day, through the CDC in Atlanta. They used the glandular excretions of animals, humans and alien humanoids to create the virus. These alien humanoids the government is hobnobbing with are the worst news. There is absolutely no defense against their germs ~ none. They are a biological weapon of terrible consequence. Every alien on the planet needs to be isolated.
“Saddam Hussein killed 3.5 million Kurdish people with a similar biological weapon. Do we, the people of this planet, deserve this? No, we don’t but we are not doing anything about it. Every moment we waste, we are doing other people on the planet a disservice. Right now, I am dying of cancer that I contracted because of my work for the federal government. I might live six months. I might not. I will tell you one thing. If I keep speaking out like I am, maybe God will give me the life to talk my head off. I will break every law that it takes to talk my head off. Eleven of my best friends in the last 22 years have been murdered. Eight of the murders were called “suicides.”
Before I went to talk in Las Vegas, I drove a friend down to Joshua Tree, near 29 Palms. I drove into the mountains in order to get to Needles, California, and I was followed by two government E-350 vans with G-14 plates, each with a couple of occupants, one of which had an Uzi. I knew exactly who they were. I have spoken 19 58j3s and have probably reached 45,000 people. Well, I got ahead of them and came to a stop in the middle of the road. They both went on either side of me and down a ravine. Is this what it’s going to take? I cut up my security card and sent it back to the government, and told them if I was threatened, and I have been, that I was going to upload 140,000 pages of documentation to the Internet about government structure and the whole plan. I have already begun that task.

In May 1995, Phil Schneider did a lecture on what he had discovered. Seven months later he was tortured and killed by those for whom he had previously worked. This man’s final acts should not go unnoticed.
Phil Schneider, a very brave man, lost his life due to what appeared to be a military-style execution in January 1996. He was found dead in his apartment with piano wire still wrapped around his neck. According to some sources, he was brutally tortured before being killed.
Prior to this, he has had 11 attempts on his life.

The TR-3B is REAL and was built with technology available in the 1980s or earlier. The triangular shaped nuclear powered aerospace platform was developed under the Aurora Program with SDI and black budget monies.
The tactical reconnaissance TR-3B’s first operational flight was in the early 90s. The technology was developed from reverse engineering of recovered alien artifacts and programs such as the SR-74 and SR-75 was used in the TR-3B.
At least 3 of the billion dollar plus TR-3Bs were flying by 1994.
The TR-3B vehicle’s outer coating is reactive to electrical stimulation and can change color, reflectiveness, and radar absorptiveness, thus making the vehicle look like a small aircraft or a flying cylinder–or even tricking radar receivers into falsely detecting a variety of aircraft, no aircraft, or several aircraft at various locations. A circular, plasma filled accelerator ring called the “Magnetic Field Disrupter” surrounds the rotatable crew compartment and is far ahead of any imaginable technology. Sandia and Livermore laboratories developed the reverse engineered MFD technology. The government will go to any lengths to protect this technology.
The MFD generates a magnetic vortex field that disrupts or neutralizes the effects of gravity on mass within proximity by 89 percent. This is not antigravity. Anti-gravity provides a repulsive force that can be used for propulsion. The MFD creates a disruption of the Earth’s gravitational field upon the mass within the circular accelerator.
The mass of the circular accelerator, and all mass within the accelerator, such as the crew chamber and the nuclear reactor, are reduced by almost 90%. This causes the effect of making a vehicle extremely light and able to outperform and outmaneuver any craft yet constructed. The TR-3 is a reconnaissance platform with an indefinite loiter time. “Indefinite” because it uses a nuclear reactor for power.
Many sightings of triangular UFOs mistaken as alien vehicles were the ultra top secret TR-3B. The NSA, NRO, CIA, and USAF have been playing a shell game with aircraft nomenclature – creating the TR-3, modified to the TR-3A, the TR-3B, and the Teir 2, 3, and 4, with suffixes like ‘Plus’ or ‘Minus’ added on to further confuse the fact that each of these designators is a different aircraft and not the same aerospace vehicle.
The TR-3B’s propulsion is provided by three multimode thrusters mounted at each bottom corner of the triangular platform. The TR-3 is a sub-Mach 9 vehicle until it reaches altitudes above 100,000 feet.
The TR-3B is the next generation of black aircraft: after the Aurora.

The work started in 1996 I would not be surprised if a full scale aircraft had been built and tested by now. This could account for some of the unexplained sightings and sounds which have been reported many times by some kind of aircraft operating over the Western coast of California.
It uses a “air-breathing” engine technologies that promise to increase payload capacity or reduce vehicle size for the same payload for future hypersonic aircraft and/or reusable space launch vehicles. The vehicle flies at many times the speed of sound. Hydrogen will fuel the program’s research vehicles, but it requires oxygen from the atmosphere to burn.
The Hyper-X Phase I is a NASA Aeronautics and Space Transportation Technology Enterprise program being conducted jointly by the Langley Research Center, Hampton, Va., and the Dryden Flight Research Center, Edwards, Calif. Langley is the lead center and is responsible for hypersonic technology development. Dryden is responsible for flight research.
The HyperSoar is a B-52 sized hypersonic bomber/recon aircraft concept under investigation by US DoE’s Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and University of Maryland. If developed, it would have the capability to take-off from the US and deliver its goods anywhere in the world in a couple of hours without refueling. It’s speed (Mach 10) and altitude will make it near impossible to track it, much less bring it down. It’s chief designer is Preston Carter

Bird of Prey has a wingspan of approximately 23 feet and a length of 47 feet, and weighs nearly 7,400 pounds. Also Boeing, the world’s largest aircraft manufacturer, has admitted that it is working on experimental anti-gravity projects that could overturn a century of conventional aerospace propulsion technology if the science that underpins them – science that senior Boeing officials describe as “valid” – can be engineered into hardware. As part of the effort, which is being run out of Boeing’s Phantom Works advanced research and development facility in Seattle, the company is trying to solicit the services of a Russian scientist who claims he has developed ‘high-‘ and ‘low-power’ anti-gravity devices in Russia and Finland. The approach, however, has been thwarted by Russian officialdom.
The Boeing drive to develop a collaborative relationship with the scientist in question, Dr Evgeny Podkletnov, has its own internal project name: ‘GRASP’ – Gravity Research for Advanced Space Propulsion.
A briefing document on GRASP obtained by Jane’s Defence Weekly sets out what Boeing believes to be at stake. “If gravity modification is real,” it says, “it will alter the entire aerospace business.” The report was written by Jamie Childress, principal investigator for Boeing’s propellentless propulsion work at the Phantom Works in Seattle.
GRASP’s objective is to explore propellentless propulsion (the aerospace world’s more formal term for anti-gravity), determine the validity of Podkletnov’s work and “examine possible uses for such a technology”. Applications, the company says, could include space launch systems, artificial gravity on spacecraft, aircraft propulsion and ‘fuelless’ electricity generation – so-called ‘free energy’.
