The tension between physical matter and “Nashama” (Soul) is deep and difficult. Yet the souls cannot be defeated. Even if the material forces are relentless. This is because the essence of our beings, our “Nashamot” cannot be damaged. It just becomes covered, hidden from us. By our errors and lacking in our divine service. . The beginning of all “tikun” (fixing) , reconstruction and healing is awareness of the problem. the essence of our beings, our “Nashamot” cannot be damaged. It just becomes covered, hidden from us. By our errors and lacking in our divine service.
ALSO——WHO OR WHAT IS ELIYAHU (ELIJAH) THE PROPHET ?
In the book of “Melachim” (Kings) Eliyahu (Elijah), the prophet appears without any introduction, nothing is said about who this man is. Historically he is viewed as a mystical figure at times appearing to people throughout the generations. He appears in various situations and helps the Jewish people. At the time of the Northern Kingdom. when people were worshiping idols and committing other transgressions. Eliyahu gathered the people on Mount Carmel and publicly demonstrated God’s power. The people were tremendously impressed and at Eliyahu’s command they killed the idolatrous priests of Baal. Eliyahu never died but ascended to heaven alive. . We are promised by the prophet Malachi that Eliyahu will announce the coming of Moshiach.. And we will wait for his every day. Who is the Biblical prophet Elijah’s parents? The Bible doesn’t really say. Is that not strange ? READ MORE
THE GOD’S SUGGESTED READING in the torah for this week Parsha MISHPOTIM
Many of the teaching that follow were give by Elijah the Prophet to the Holy Ar”i
Parsha Mishpotim begins “and these are the judgments that you shall set before them”.
R. Shimon informs us that the “judgments” referred to in the above verse referred to the punishments involved in one’s incarnation in this world. Everything is in measure and equality, to pay back to everyone in accordance with their sins. In general its better not to have to come down here, its better “upstairs”.
Each individual receives the appropriate gilgul (incarnation) in accordance to the sins that they have performed. Those who enjoyed sin just a little died an easier death; quickly [and without suffering]. Those who had greatly enjoyed sin and had blemished greatly, this type of person would suffer through days of famine and want, and would live to see his children murdered before his eyes (G-d forbid).
The Degel Machaneh Ephraim teaches us that at times one person takes another to court, and he knows that he is in the right. However, the case in Torah law judges him guilty rather than innocent. This has happened becouse he is liable to the other person from a previous reincarnation. He who takes money dishonestly will also pay for it in the future in this incarnation or another. Thus there are so many laws of money and damages.
All aspects of all souls were included in Adam. Adam’s body was made up of 248 organs and 365 sinews. Each organ and sinew is a Primary Source of souls. Adam was the father of all. Adam included all souls within himself. Afterward, all were included within the three Patriarchs: Avraham, Yitzhak, and Yaakov. After this, all were included within the twelve sons of Yaakov, who fathered the twelve tribes. After this, all were included within the seventy souls who went down to the land of Egypt with Yaakov. After this the seventy subdivided into 600,000 main Sparks. Each a complete Partzuf, containing 248 organs and 365 sinews. This further subdivided into 600,000 Secondary Sparks.
Adam’s “right shoulder” is one great main Source. It is the Source known as Hebel (Abel). Thought it is always correct to say that the right precedes the left in importance and stature, here it is different. For the manifestation of Kayin and Hevel were as a result of the sin of Adam. Kayin is still the first born, and as such the more important. Those souls of the Kayin source have included some of the greatest of the Prophets and Sages, among them King Hezekiah, Rabbi Akiba, and the author, HaRav Haim Vital. Great souls from the source of Hebel included Moshe Rabbeynu himself, but Moshe includes both sides.

The solution to avoiding conflicts with those who have beliefs different than ours is to be open and accepting and learn to live them , instead of always arguing.
Utopian solutions are for Moshiach.
We can all love God—as far as Jesus or Mohammad to each their own
GOD IS GOD
IF WE COULD ONLY CHERISH THIS
We can all love God
AND ACT ACCORDINGLY
All peoples of all the religions of all nations and races can come together as one as God’s children. Almost all spiritual paths emphasize self purification good works and cultivating the right intentions and motivations in all we do as essential preparations for living the spiritual life. All paths have so much in common.
SO DO GOOD NOW What one believes is one’s personal business, and is thus a matter between the individual and God.
Living by one’s faith is living righteously. Righteousness is not about believing the right things, it is doing them. As long as one’s deeds are righteous, then we can embrace as brothers in righteousness.
There are those however, because of how they interpret the Bible and meaning of “faith,” doctrine, creeds, and beliefs in a very “closed minded” way, and thus there is division, strife, which leads to conflict. Thus they cannot be as magnanimous and embracing of other spiritual people. The evil inclination within us is good at making “mountains out of mole hills,” creating the “great divide”. we can change things, but we cannot change non-things. At times we need to alter the way others act when they hurt themselves and others but it is not for us to alter how others think, their Attitudes are perceptions are their business, there is no need to be a “control freak”. You are not going to stop the way of another’s thinking, nor should we unless it is destructive, or they are asking for “insight”. Sometimes it is best to leave “Well enough alone”.
Some Individuals are so egotistical that they believe that their way, “is the only way” is the cause of MANY problems. People believe all kinds of lies and delusions about themselves and the world around them,
they may never change their perceptions. Such changes may take a life time.
Why argue ?
There is no need to offend and insult others who hold different beliefs than you own, God is not not “small” and neither should be your mind.
Don’t you know ? endeavors to sow discord are not in accordance to Heaven’s Will, which ultimately is PEACE
when we can agree?
So much is in common
Faith is a matter of the heart, and not of the head !
HOW CAN ONE REALLY THINK THEY CAN UNDERSTAND GOD, ONE HAS A HARD ENOUGH TIME UNDERSTANDING THEMSELVES.
Throughout the Jewish scriptures God continuously commands that His divine words be “placed upon our hearts” (Deut. 6).
Why think with prejudice when instead we can see in
We all can agree that one should lead a life towards righteous behavior and moral goodness towards our fellow human beings. This kind of of moral code of conduct can be embraced by all.
Let us expand our spiritual horizons by education and understanding
If you really love God and God is truly you desire, we can then walk together.
We can study the Divine Word, we can do so together , there is no reason we cannot.
Some look to beliefs, Others look to actions.
There is no need for anyone to rant and rave at one another over “religion” , this does not “glorify” God’s Name.
Thus is only racism, hatred, and evil. Our humanity is revealed, defined , Judged by how we act toward one another.
When the Messiah finally comes, he will solve all our theological differences.
Until then, let us all learn to live together in peace so that we can all be here to
greet him when he does finally come………………………………………………
. “Behold how good and pleasant it is for brothers to
dwell together in unity” (Psalm 133:1).
The bottom line is that the children of God must learn to live together in peace,
in spite of our differences. Together, we must “work” to fulfill
the great commandment
“love your neighbor, as Yourself.” (lev 19)
AND I SAY “WORK” BECAUSE AS WE SEE THIS TAKES A CONSIDERABLE EFFORT THAT REALLY HAS NOT EVEN BEGUN YET.
Together we live by, “what we ourselves do not want done to us, we do not do to another.”
This about sums
Ehyeh asher ehyeh transmits the three upper Divine Energies.
The world above must become equal to the world below, meaning that our world has to radiate the same light as the one above.
According to what is happening here, is the same above.
Both worlds living in a kind of synchronization with each other so that the supernal mystery, or supernal Torah from which the world is created, can gradually become revealed, becoming known, not veiled anymore.
The Divine Presence helps with these expressions
that will reveal Understanding and peace !

We all must stand up for that which is right and oppose those things which are not good. This is the right thing to do. One can not be complacent. We also see here that one must careful no to follow the masses to sin.
Korach and his group rebelled against the authority of Moses, against the Torah. They thought they knew better. The result was that they were all killed by GOD. In Europe for the first time since the writing of the oral tradition of the Torah almost 2000 years earlier people dared ,like Korach, to rebel against this tradition. This was the foundation of the reform movement. Again before the reform movement of “Judaism” since the writing down of the Oral tradition almost 2000 years earlier there were not different versions of Judaism. There was only The Torah of Moses as found in the Mishna, explained in the Gemora, Zohar and other Holy books. These rebels as Korach dared to defy the Divine authority of the Torah and we all know the results. Much like what happened to Korach and his crew, but this time 6 million were killed. From these lessons we should learn That publicly going against the Truth of GOD’s Torah is a stupid thing to do. But some people never learn.
We also see from parsha Korach what those who fear GOD and love his Torah should do when confronted by such a situation. When confronted by those who deny the truth of the Torah, by those who claim to know a better way. We cannot stand by idly indifferent to such evil people. This is a time to take a stand, to stand up for GOD and His Torah. One cannot just standby such a desecration of the Name of God. As what kind of love of God does a person have who would act like this. It is a time for action. Moshe told all Yisrael to “remove yourself from the evil company of Korach, take no benefit from them. Or you to will be swept away because of all their sins also.”
We should learn from this parsha from the actions of Moshe that one must stand up against those who try to lead the Jewish people away from the true way of the Torah. False leaders must be denounced. Those who love GOD and His Torah will not be found in the company of false leaders, traitors against the people of Yisrael. Those who deny the truth of the Torah. They certainly will not be friends with such evil men. Certainly those who love GOD will not be joined with these evil men so to benefit financially. Be certain as Moshe said “remove yourself from the evil company of Korach, take no benefit from them. Or you to will be swept away because of all their sins also.” In simplicity those who believe in the way of the Torah are those who should be close to us. Those who lead the Jewish people in a way not according to GOD’s Torah, or publicly speak against the truth of the Torah. It is these who those who believe in GOD’s Torah must stand against, and those who keep company with them. The evil reckless action of these false anti Torah leaders has already brought about the birth of terror state in Azza. We cannot let them lead this Jewish community to the destiny that befell the community of Korach or that of Europe.
It should also be noted that there has been similar themes in the last 3 parsha, so take these ideas to heart. In parsha Bihalotecha it said “when you go to war with the enemy in your land, sound the horns”. As we said this refers to not responding quietly, but with full force spiritually and physically. This refers to the enemy who comes from within, as Korach and those of other nations. In parsha Shelach lecha we learn again concerning false leadership, and not acting according to divine will. The result of the sin of the spies was much like that which recently befell the Jewish community in Europe, they all perished.
Korach is the same gematria as לארבעה (to 4) referring to the river that goes out of Aden to water the garden splitting to 4 heads, these allude to the 4 basic levels the Torah is understood. May it be that these all will be revealed clearly for all to behold restoring all to its ancient glory with prophesy, the Holy Temple and Mashiach quickly in our days.

UPDATED August 10 2016
Most of the book of Devarim (Deuteronomy) covers the last month and seven days of Moshe’s life.
As we are approaching the end of every year, we need to take stock of our lives and determine if we are true to ourselves and our Divine calling,.or perhaps we have went off course and we need to realign. And so to understand what has happened up to this point. It would not hurt to do this weekly and even daily. The 5th Book of the Torah, ‘Devarim’ (Deuteronmy) itself is also referred to as the ‘Mishne Torah’ meaning ‘review of the Torah.’ For Torah like our own lives, to be properly understood and internalized, we need to review our learning. All of the greatest Torah sages of history were constantly reviewing their studies, it was through this they attained greatness.
Near the beginning of our parsha We are reminded of the generation that all died in the desert because of the affair of the spies as it’s written ”And you came near me every one of you, and said, We will send men before us, and they shall search us out the land, and bring us word again by which way we must go up, and to what cities we shall come.” But after the spies brought back the evil report our parsha tells us concerning the people. “And you murmured in your tents, and said, Because the Lord hated us, he has brought us out of the land of Egypt, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites. Where shall we go? our brothers have discouraged our heart”. For this sin of fearing the nations and not believing in GOD the whole generation was forbidden to enter the land, and as it says in Bamidbar “Your carcasses shall fall in this wilderness; and all who were counted of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, all of you shall not come into the land, concerning which I swore to make you live in it, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun”. We should have learned this lesson by now.
Fear only GOD.
The beginning of the mitzvah of fearing GOD is to know that ”elokenu” is the ד“ו parzufim (masculine and feminine aspects of GOD). These are the Written and Oral Torah by whose ruling we were taken out of Egypt.1 Fear embraces humility and humility embraces “chasidut” (piety). So by fear of sin one gets all these qualities.2 All the time one is only occupied only in the simple meaning of the Torah they see themselves as poor and dead. The main part of the Torah is its secrets. One who has the fear of GOD without chuchmah (Kabbalah) will not reach the ”midot” (attributes) of ”chassidut” (piety). Fear of GOD is Chuchmah, turning away from evil is Bina.3
If a man gives his heart and dat to the fear of GOD, behold the letters of יהו”ה cleave in his heart. One who merits this has no lack. But if his heart lacks fear of GOD, the letters of יהו”ה are far from him. This is the greatest possible lack. This is what it means “Make Me a migdosh (temple), and I will dwell in them”. One sanctifies their heart so as to have dwell in it יהו”ה 4 The level of soul called ”chayah” does not go out to a man except by receiving chuchmah. One who merits Chuchmah and dat their goes to him the fear of GOD.5 Growing in fear and ”Kidusha” as is proper this causes ”zivug” of Zu”n, and Abba with Imma to become complete as is proper. Through this is complete purification to man.6 When chuchmah is united to bina, the fear and awe of GOD can arise from the level of keter. Bina is called love but from chuchmah is complete love.7
Last weeks parsha said “But if you will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those whom you allow to remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall harass you in the land where you live. Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do to you, as I thought to do to them.”
So it is about time we stop this foolishness such as releasing terrorists as good will gestures. What could be a worse desecration of graves of Jewish martyrs who died in the Arab terrorist attacks than releasing terrorists as “good will gestures”? What could be a worse slap in the face of their grieving friends and relatives? The government spits upon the thousands of murdered and maimed Jewish women, children, civilians in order to stage a ”peace process show”. We can now clearly see what these “good will gestures” have got us ie. thousands of rockets falling on our population center, forcing the God to protect us by giving us the invention called the “Iron dome” which has been knocking the enemy rockets from the sky. Something the world has never seen before in a war theater. In a sense it looks like again the miracles we say when leaving Egypt, but this time “partly” concealed, appearing as “natural”.
American President Obama time and time again has stated that wants to force Isreal to give their land, settled cities to their enemies who wish to send rockets upon central Israel and kill all the Jews. We must stop this government’s evil cowardly retreat from Yuhuda and Shamron. The disengagement from Gaza and the destruction of the Gush Katif Jewish settlements has created a pure terrorist state at Israel’s border. How many more such enclaves do we need ? With the current military conflict it is plain for any rational person to see how bankrupt such land transfer “peace” proposals can be.
The Israeli establishment hopes and plans to demolish more Jewish settlements and evict more Jews from their homes before transferring the territories to Arab rule when the first opportunity arrives even now as rockets are falling. International law doesn’t justify such moves. Forced population transfer is a war crime. Forcible transfer is a form of ethnic cleansing. The International Criminal Tribunal convicted Yugoslavian officials for exactly the crime Israelis committed in Gush Katif. Instead lets get rid of the terrorists not nurture them. It by no means is our responsibility to provide the Palestinians with water, electricity and humanitarian aid. But it is the primary responsibility of the government to protect it citizens. So we must as it says in the verse “drive out the inhabitants of the land”, we must deal with the terrorists as enemies as is proper. Not with ”good will gestures”, and only receiving evil in return. Remember as it says in our parsha ”GOD Elohecha gives you this land as inheritance”. Then we can come to see the fullness of our inheritance with the Bait HaMikdash built and our righteous Mashiach quickly in our days.

This all shines on Chanukah. חן (favor) from the revelation of the 8 days of Chanukah is as a Temple offering or “Brit Mealah” (circucision) which both must wait till the 8th day. We receive זאת (SHECHINAH) Chanukah by the revelation of the oil (Chuhmah) that illuminates making one’s face to Shine. This Shining is חן. This is what one must find in their wife (Shechinah) as said in the end of Gemora Gitten. The כלה (bride) being the Shechinah. This being revealed as the perfection of man. This is the “Gadlut” (greatness) of Yaakov which is called Yisrael. This is the סלום (ladder) from heaven. This is the ו . In this time of Chanukah “dedication”, this is accomplished by doing what Yehuda Ha Makaabe stood for rebelling against what Yavan represents which is striving for beauty alone without the discretion or recognition of Hashem which, thus the pursuit of beauty becomes completely a reflection of the love of the body, and self love. Thus we see reason for their obsession with sports, the human body the main theme of their visual arts, and there obsession with abstract intellectual thought. All the things have only one end the glorification of one self, this is the ultimate product of the philosophy of the Greeks, but when the letter צ ‘sawde’ is added to the word’ Yavan’ (Greek) it becomes Zion. Thus when one adds ‘sawde’ representing yesod, the power of making the most complete revelation of Hashem out of all things and places. Perfect uprightness ,acting as a sadeek. Then true perfect beauty is realized. So, on Chanukah we need to dedicate to Hashem the beauty that which is unique to ourselves as we each have a different face. So our relationship to Hashem is a personal thing . It is our personal expression of beauty in Divine service. We see in the writing of our sages so many things called “hadar mitzvah”, which is performing the mitzvah in a way which is more than is required by the letter of the law. This is why Chanukah is called holiday of the Oral Torah. All Yisrael are required to fulfill the 613 commandments of the Torah. Since we don’t have a temple now, may it be rebuilt soon some mitzvot involving temple service and other mitzvot due to our lackings can only be fulfilled by learning about them. All the mitzvot that we do bind us together. This is the fulfillment of the letter of the law but this is not enough, as it says in the Talmud ” if only the letter of the law was fulfilled, no one could exist “. If one only does the least that is required what kind of love does this express ?.

One must be in pursuit of a oneness with their humanity this is the first step in spirituality. Only a good person will be accepted to the inner chambers before God. The Divine Presence dwells only with the righteous. There are those who seemingly countless times they make schedules, agendas, itinereries accompanied with strong resolutions, descisions, and pledges to finally fulfill them – to no avail. Dont be as these, be reliable. At least make yourself like a person with whom you would be happy to befriend and associate with. When radiant joy and love emerge they are contagious. People like to keep in the company of such people. When looking at another person find and focus upon the good within them. A Divine thought is an action. Becareful to not misjudge people. So if you need to judge others do so in a scale of merit. This can actually arouse the good that was hidden within them. This is true even before the supernal court. So look at each person to see their good. Don’t embarrass people or bring them to shame. Know each person in the world in a way is like a limb of one’s own body. So in a sense we are all responsible for one another, and even more the welfare of another in some way effects our own. So be supportive of people helping them with positive purposes with what ever they need. Don’t think about only what you want all the time. There are other people in the world besides yourself, and they need you. How would the body function if the heart decided it did not want to share its blood with the liver. realize that all are one. All the souls are collectively one supernal organism and giving to someone else is tantamount to giving to oneself. One has to nullify their own needs and emphasize the other persons. This nullification itself elevates the person to inclusion in the ‘beginning of all beginnings’-the infiniteness of God. He has it all. This opens the gate for the one doing it to receive all good. Every one is given by God certain blessings and gifts which are given so that they can be shared with others in a natural way. You should help others without expecting anything in return. Your motivation should be a natural friendliness. By serving others you will find dignity in life. According to the way you give there will be given to you. What ever you put in you will get back. What you do comes back to you. Do a great act of kindness and one will come to you. We are involved in the symphony of the world. Draw the vibration from above till that it descends over you around you filling you. In modern society which has governmental welfare programs and public charities it is not difficult for the individual to lose conscience. As such charity is far removed from directly being involved in helping someone else. Charity given with empathy can have a life saving effect in more than one way. By all means do not be selfish and self centered. Others depend upon you. So be whole hearted, kind, sincere, loyal, reliable, trustworthy, genuine ,earnest, honest and above reproach. Don’t involve yourself in self deception. If we hunger to live the spiritual, we hunger to serve and to give. Life’s deepest experience is the joy that fills our hearts when we love and give to others. Giving without others knowledge causes revelation of the brightness of one’s soul, and sends energy of redemption to the world. So be a redeemer. Holiness is the desire to give.
Are you happy with what you have ?. Do you only want a little truth concerning God ? What kind of love is it when one has a little or no interest at all in finding out about the character of their partner ? One just doesn’t care who they are ! It is in issues as this that we can have a measure to test the extent of our love for God. Is He any interest to You. Enough to open a book and learn. You must learn the immortal truth of life. Dedication is required. Or maybe you believe you know more about God than any one that ever lived. Like Moses, you have your own way. Like Moses you are capable of going 40 days and nights with out food or water on Sinai and bring down the bible. Consider the ancients they really saw something. They knew how to live according to the oneness. There is a reason why the 2 largest religions of the world Christianity and Islam are both based on the story in the 5 books of Moses and the prophets of the Bible. With the onset of Industrialization, the elevation of science, the Holocaust, and the proliferation of Western materialism, spirituality , spiritual ideas and practices became harder to access. One must go through different stages of development if they are to understand the wisdom of the ancient prophets and sages. Don’t dismiss this ancient wisdom out of intellectual prejudice. Also be aware that even if in this generation religion has lost its mystical connection. Relying on the superficial “trappings” of “religion” will get one nowhere. Nor will religious conviction based on nothing. There is Divine truth which is an enduring cosmology. The acquisition of knowledge through learning is a continual process of searching. It’s turning the complex into the simple. The truth is uncovered when one simplifies all aspects of their life. Through Knowledge of truth one is able to expand the powers of one’s faith. Just open a little Whole and the infinite power can come in. This extra strength goes to the Soul. Light will come to you by learning and meditating on what you have learned. The Holy energy builds one a ship to cross the ocean of life. The ancient sages were as passing travelers.
