The ArtScroll biography on The Chofetz Chaim, says he would mysteriously bang his table at the 3rd meal of Shabot and cry out, “Millions of Jews are going to die, and no one is doing anything about it!” No one understood what he was talking about. In his book called “Chomot Dat” he also warned of the coming disaster !
Anti-Semitism is not simply racism,, even if it seems to be the same. This is why Jews UNSUCCESSFULLY are still trying to wait out anti-Semitism for 2000 years. If it was only racism, it would have passed away by now !
Anti-Semitism exists as it is a part of the God’s plan is to use the Jews to test humanity, to see if humanity will, act humanely, or whether they will act cruelly to His people !.
Anti-Semitism is NOT a Divinely-induced punishment of Jews by their gentile exile host populations. At least for the most part. But it is the result of the cessation of a special protective providence that had the host nation act civilly with the Jews God has exiled in their midst. God only imposes this providence on host nation until its time for the Jews to leave that exile.
Therefore, the civility in exile begins to fall apart when God has decided that the exile in there is over and its time to move on. So do not stay longer in exile than the Divine Presence, and avoid DISASTER !.
